Outpatient Physical TherapistThe Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This role involves the delegation and direction of therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate a successful return to community activities. The therapist will also serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers, while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and professional codes of conduct.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, utilizing clinical reasoning to create appropriate treatment plans and goals.Document care in a clear, concise, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.Provide care under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals as necessary.Participate in student programs by supervising and developing educational objectives.Create and implement a professional development plan while pursuing continuing education and professional growth opportunities.Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure in good standing.Engage in performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.6 months to 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience required.Current CPR certification.ScheduleThis position operates on a 5x8.0 schedule, starting ASAP with evaluations lasting 60 minutes and follow-ups every 30 minutes.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
