FS Food Group is hiring a Sous Chef to join our award-winning Italian restaurants Mama Ricotta's and Little Mama's Italian Kitchen in Charlotte. If you thrive in a high-volume kitchen, love authentic Italian-American cuisine, and want long-term career growth, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Support the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations.

Lead and motivate kitchen staff during service.

Execute and maintain high standards for Italian-American cuisine.

Assist with menu execution, ordering, and inventory.

Train and mentor team members.

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a sous chef in a high-volume restaurant.

Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants.

Italian or Italian-American cuisine experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
