The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative. Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually. Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff. Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate ’ s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
