We provide cutting-edge resources to make your work life safe and efficient!About the RoleThe Warehouse Associate II - receiving associate/truck unloader at S&S Activewear is responsible for multiple tasks throughout the warehouse. The Truck Unloader will be responsible for unloading product off trucks, using hands and arms in handling and following safety and related work procedures. Aside from unloading trucks, his/her job description also entails properly arranging or storing of items, attaches identifying labels or inbound cases. They are responsible for maintaining an organized workstation to assist with streamlining of products to their final destinations within our Automated system. They may assist with training of new hires, delivering and receiving product from the conveyor systems; interfacing with customers; processing of received goods; replenishing product within our automated picking system; fulfilling customer orders; reviewing and packing the orders to verify accuracy and ensure that the product is up to shipping standards.COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE$19.57 hourlyMonday-Friday (4AM-12:30PM), Full-Time, Non-ExemptONSITE: 225 Midland Court - McDonough, GA 30253BENEFITSWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your life, health, and future. Join a company that invests in you from day one.WHAT YOU WILL DOOperate all material handling equipment needed to perform primary role (order picker cart).Perform and complete daily safety inspections check list for all equipment used.Effectively utilize/operate and navigate the data collection equipment used in the department (RF Scanners, Tablets, etc.)Perform discrepancy counts, recounts and user created cycle counts as assigned and directed.Provide assistance support to all other functions within the department such as Case Pick, Restock, transfer, pulling, staging and checking.Maintain or exceed minimum productivity requirements CPH – count per hour.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMust be 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to read and speak EnglishMust have reliable transportationAbility to follow detailed instructionsAbility to operate a warehouse equipment and machineryMust be comfortable using electronic devicesCan lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodationBasic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accuratelyAbility to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU informationMust be flexible with start and departure time changingAbility to work overtime when neededAbility to work independently without close supervisionResponsible for any additional duties assignedPROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTMust be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
