- General Certification Requirements: BLS
- Certs/ARRT & other specialty certifications: ARRT (R). CT preferred, or as long as they know how to preform CTs mentioned.
- How many scanners/rooms does this department have?: 1 CT, plus portable Xray
- Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: No
- Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: CTA'S- strokes, and angios
C arm for OR is GE 9800, Surgeon in house 1-2 times a month. XRAY PLAIN FILMS DIGITAL, chest xrays, foot and ankles, elbows, orthopedics.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: SOME EXPERIENCE with CT and does not have to have C arm experience, Must have Xray & can do IV starts.
- Average # of scans/studies per day: 15-20 scans
- What EMR &/or PACS: AMBRA, EVIDENT, MED Q, EXCEL, STAT RAD
- Department Specific Equipment: GE, SAMGUNG, TOPAZ
