  As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while actively engaging patients and families throughout the continuum.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will monitor patient conditions, prioritize care, respond quickly to changes, and adjust care plans as neededcollaborating with the interdisciplinary team to drive positive patient outcomes.
