Align cross‑functional teams, remove bottlenecks, and ensure priorities across operations, IT, and project delivery are coordinated. Optimize project delivery through effective planning, tracking, reporting, and best practices for on‑time, on‑budget execution. Streamline processes, integrate systems, and implement scalable workflows to improve operational performance and reduce inefficiencies. Foster a high‑performance, execution‑focused culture through leadership development, coaching, and structured training programs. Enhance customer satisfaction by driving consistent delivery, proactive communication, and follow‑up on project outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of executive‑level experience leading operations, project delivery, or technical execution. Proven ability to scale processes, teams, and systems within a growing organization. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, develop, and motivate cross‑functional teams.
