Job Description Job Description As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you will plan a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth operations at our medical facility. Your ability to effectively manage appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records will contribute to the overall success of our practice.
Responsibilities:
Primary on answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Updating patient insurance information
Qualifications:
Bilingual ( both English and Spanish)
Medical office experience ( Preferred but not required)
GED ( Preferred not Required)
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
