The Leadership Role

T4 Enterprises LLC is hiring a full-time Store Manager in Omaha to lead store performance, protect standards, and develop a reliable team. This senior, onsite role matters because your leadership directly shapes customer experience, speed of service, and operational consistency.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coach the team; support performance management, including hiring and termination decisions
- Own daily operations: customer recovery, shift execution, and goal tracking
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and cost awareness
- Oversee cash controls and ensure accurate bank deposits
- Train new team members and reinforce service and safety expectations

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in a retail environment (retail management experience preferred)
- Leadership, communication, and de-escalation/problem-solving skills
- Customer management mindset and basic business management knowledge
- 3 personal references and 3 professional references

Your day starts early, setting the schedule and confirming coverage for the week ahead. You review inventory counts, place orders, and walk the store to spot what needs attention before the rush. Between guest interactions, you check labor and sales pacing, then pivot—coaching a newer teammate, resetting priorities, and keeping standards tight. Midday often includes interviews or onboarding touches, followed by quick follow-ups on training progress. Toward close, you verify cash handling, prepare bank deposits, and document notes for the next shift. Some weeks call for weekend or evening coverage, especially when staffing or business needs change.
