Qualifications & Skills BSN degree from an accredited program or equivalent experience Current Montana RN license BLS certification upon hire; ACLS within 9 months; TNCC or TCAR within 12 months Critical care experience highly preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Ability to interpret clinical documents, perform basic math, and respond effectively in emergencies Key Duties Assess and address patient needs, develop individualized care plans Oversee care delivery, ensure compliance with guidelines Participate in clinical conferences and documentation Operate medical equipment, assist with patient transfers, and maintain safety standards This role offers benefits, requires night shifts, and involves working in ICU with potential floating to med/surg.
