Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ (1925 Pacific Avenue, ZIP 08401) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Perm employment with ongoing opportunities Shift: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, rotating between outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital services Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time, Agency Submission Only License/Certifications: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine required Experience: Prior Fetal Medicine experience preferred Pay & Benefits Annual Salary: $650,000 Quality Incentive Bonus: Up to $25,000 annually Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (please note; specific pay details to be discussed upon application) Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance; 5 paid CME days/year; $4,500 annual CME and professional dues stipend; relocation reimbursement up to $10,000; 224 PTO hours plus 40 sick leave hours; Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program eligibility Additional Perks: Weekly pay via direct deposit; Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable; Robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of perinatologists, nurses, and sonographers to deliver exceptional maternal-fetal care Provide outpatient prenatal evaluations and inpatient consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona, NJ Participate in rotating call schedule, including nights and weekends, for inpatient coverage Utilize Cerner EMR system and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting tools Support remote patient monitoring for conditions such as diabetes and hypotension Manage complex pregnancies within a Level III NICU, including providing consults to OB generalists and neonatologists Contribute to patient education and comprehensive care planning throughout the maternal-fetal journey What You Need Active NJ medical license and Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Minimum 3+ years of experience in maternal-fetal medicine preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Ability to work rotating schedules with flexibility for call coverage About the Assignment Join a dynamic, supportive team at a leading facility serving the Atlantic City community.
