Home Health RN - Full Time Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday. We are a community-focused, not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community members. We are committed to holistic care and offer a range of health promotion, long-term care, and maternal-and-child health services. This position is responsible for providing individualized, goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician's order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases where this position is the lead discipline.
