Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active South Carolina Bar license 2-3 years of experience practicing residential real estate law Experience conducting residential real estate closings and reviewing title matters Strong legal writing, communication, and client service skills Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Notary Public certification or ability to obtain prior to start date Preferred Qualifications Active North Carolina Bar license Experience handling high-volume residential real estate transactions Proven ability to resolve title issues and curative matters Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience working closely with lenders, brokers, title companies, and homebuyers About the Role We are seeking a Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2-3 years of residential real estate experience who is looking to expand their practice while working on a diverse portfolio of transactions. You'll collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and title professionals to ensure smooth and successful residential real estate closings while delivering outstanding client service.
