You will deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care, monitor complex patients, manage ventilators, administer medications, and respond to emergencies. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation. You’ll practice in a patient-focused, community hospital environment that emphasizes safety, teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth while providing compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill adults.
