Overview Become a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) at BestBuy 58 in Dallas, TX. The role is filled through 2020 Companies, an outsourced sales and marketing agency that employs, trains and deploys sales professionals to represent client brands. The successful candidate will drive consumer sales of Samsung devices—including phones, tablets, wearables and more—by providing high‑quality customer service and product expertise. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products. Build confidence in Samsung products and services for BestBuy employees, new and repeat customers as a brand evangelist. Develop strong partnerships with BestBuy staff to support store initiatives and goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service to both customers and BestBuy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation and cleanliness. Perform display resets during new product launches and upon request. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekend evenings and high‑demand retail holidays. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
