Outside Sales Representative - Windows & Doors (Statewide - Texas)

Our team serves top builders and architects across Texas from showrooms in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. We’re growing fast in the Texas market—and we’re hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative to help us accelerate. What You’ll Do Grow a portfolio of custom builders and architects in Texas Prospect, cold-call, and close new business to increase market share Collaborate with inside sales, estimating, and marketing teams Own the sales cycle—from early design consult to final close and follow-through Drive quote activity and track performance Ensure builder satisfaction with proactive communication and clean execution How Success Is Measured Quote Volume – Are you working the market and creating demand? Revenue Won – Are you converting those quotes into sales? Builder Experience – Are your accounts happy, well-informed, and sticking with RAM?
