Estamos buscando un Jardinero / Encargado de Mantenimiento de Áreas Verdes responsable y trabajador para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal deberá tener experiencia reciente en jardinería y mantenimiento de terrenos, así como la capacidad de comunicarse de manera fluida en español.
Requisitos Obligatorios
- Dominio fluido del idioma español (hablado) es obligatorio.
- Inglés es una ventaja, pero no es requerido .
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia comprobable como jardinero o groundskeeper .
- Debe contar con experiencia reciente en jardinería o mantenimiento de áreas verdes dentro de los últimos 1 a 2 años .
- Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climáticas.
- Experiencia utilizando equipos y herramientas de jardinería de manera segura.
- Puntualidad, responsabilidad y confiabilidad.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Realizar el mantenimiento general de jardines, césped y áreas verdes.
- Cortar césped, podar arbustos, recortar bordes y eliminar maleza.
- Plantar, regar y mantener árboles, arbustos y flores.
- Recoger basura, ramas, hojas y otros desechos de las áreas exteriores.
- Operar y mantener equipos de jardinería, incluyendo cortadoras de césped, desbrozadoras, sopladoras y herramientas manuales.
- Apoyar en el mantenimiento y reparación básica de sistemas de riego.
- Identificar y reportar problemas de mantenimiento o riesgos de seguridad.
- Mantener las instalaciones exteriores limpias, seguras y presentables.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
Requisitos Físicos
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras regularmente.
- Capacidad para caminar, agacharse, inclinarse y permanecer de pie durante largos períodos.
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre bajo condiciones climáticas variables.
Calificaciones Preferidas
- Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés.
- Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de riego.
- Experiencia adicional en paisajismo o mantenimiento de propiedades.
