Senior Finance Manager

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Saint Charles, MO.Overview:Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee and execute the organization's 2027 annual operating budget process from end to end. This individual will partner closely with finance and operational leaders to drive budget development, analysis, reporting, and consolidation across the organization.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the 2027 operating budget process from planning through finalization* Collaborate with department leaders to develop and manage budgets* Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis* Analyze and reconcile data from multiple systems and sources* Leverage a strong understanding of accounting, general ledger structures, and chart of accounts* Provide budget recommendations and insights to leadership* Deliver regular updates and presentations to key stakeholders* Support change management and process improvement initiativesRequirements* 5-10+ years of finance, FP&A, budgeting, or financial planning experience* Experience owning or managing departmental or organizational budgeting processes* Advanced Excel and finance systems experience* Strong financial analysis and data management skills* Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, general ledger activity, and chart of accounts structures* Strong executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders* Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, government, or federally funded environments is a plusPreferred Qualifications:* Sage Intacct* Workday* Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsJob TypeContractCompensation45 - $60
