Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. Responsibilities Working directly with the Controller to support daily accounting operations Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes Performing bookkeeping and account reconciliations Maintaining organized financial records and processes Communicating with customers and vendors regarding financial matters Supporting the adoption and learning of internal accounting systems Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Entry-level profile suitable for a Staff Accountant role Experience performing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations Experience supporting month-end close activities Experience with invoicing, billing, and collections Experience preparing or filing sales tax Experience communicating with customers and vendors in a finance or accounting context Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online and working proficiency with Microsoft Excel Benefits Competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 annual base Paid time off and company holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company match On-site gym for employee wellness Modern, collaborative office environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology Team events and employee appreciation initiatives Strong company culture focused on innovation and teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr CubX
