Family Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider (Milford)

Overview Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our team at our Milford clinic in Milford, IL. Position Details Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse, and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. Typical schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with the option for an 8am start Possibility for in-office procedures Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 10% peds Education Requirements Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Two years of clinical practice is preferred Licensure/Certification Requirements Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $56.37-$73.29/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
