Independent CRNA-only practice opportunity in Central Texas Hill Country. This 1099 role offers $375,000 annual compensation, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, additional income available from extra call, weekdays 7-3, light 1:6 callback, 7 weeks off annually, holidays when not on call, paid malpractice with tail coverage, access to group benefits through partnerships, and support from clinical leadership.

• Practice in a CRNA-only environment with full autonomy and support from a collegial, experienced team.


• Cover cases including general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, urology, ENT including some pediatric ENT, OB/GYN, and basic cardiology.


• Work in a setting that offers variety without overwhelming complexity.


• Maintain a weekday 7-3 schedule with 1:6 light callback.


• Choose whether to pick up additional call for extra income.

Candidate requirements

• Board Certified CRNA.


• Eligible for Texas licensure.


• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred.


• New graduates are encouraged to apply.


• Comfortable working with autonomy in a CRNA-only practice environment.
