Formulate a goal-directed plan of care when appropriate. Implement care consistently and thoroughly. Establish priorities for patient care based on needs and available resources. Identify and meet patient/family learning needs. Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs. Provide and coordinate care for patients/patient populations. Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members. Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
