Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position involves rotating shifts and provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills can truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided in a timely manner.
• Participate in training and educational programs to enhance professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon start.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon start.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon start.
• Previous experience in an Emergency Department preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
