Join a critical access hospital pharmacy team located near Clear Lake, CA, as a Travel Pharmacist. This 13-week contract offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills in a 25-bed hospital setting known for personalized patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts only
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Schedule blocks negotiable with Director of Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff on medication therapy management
• Apply pharmacokinetics knowledge to optimize patient drug regimens
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records and Omnicell automation systems

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current California pharmacist license
• Proven hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Dedicated to full-time availability during assignment period
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
