From rough carpentry to detailed finish work, you will help ensure every project reflects the level of quality and professionalism our clients have come to expect from Sebring Design Build.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values craftsmanship, and takes ownership of the finished product.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPerform general carpentry and finish carpentry workInstall cabinetry, trim, moldings, and other finish materialsAssist with flooring, tile installation, drywall repairs, and painting tasksComplete punch-list items and project touch-ups as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteWork closely with project managers and fellow team members to achieve project goalsIdentify and solve job-site challenges while maintaining quality standardsProtect clients' homes and belongings throughout the remodeling processRepresent Sebring professionally when interacting with clients and trade partnersWhat We're Looking ForQualificationsExperience in residential carpentry and finish carpentryExperience installing cabinetry and millworkFamiliarity with flooring, tile, drywall, and painting workStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to lift and carry heavy materials and equipmentReliable transportation and a clean driving record for company vehicle useStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to follow instructions while also working independentlyTeam-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detailScheduleMonday - Friday7:00 AM - 4:00 PMWhat We OfferFuture advancement opportunitiesHealthcare program401(k) matching programConsistent, full-time workSupportive team environmentOpportunity to work on high-end residential remodeling projectsWhy Sebring?We believe that remodeling is about more than construction-it is about improving the lives of our clients.
