Job Title: Head of Data, AI, and Digital Enablement

Reporting To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: Palm Beach County or New York City (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

The Head of Data, AI, and Digital Enablement is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing enterprise data, AI, and digital platform strategy-spanning data governance, analytics, sales technology, and corporate systems. This role consolidates the functional responsibilities of the former Head of Data, Analytics, and AI and Head of Enterprise Systems positions. It integrates firmwide leadership of data and AI initiatives with direct ownership of Salesforce, Sitecore, MarTech, and related enterprise platforms that support sales, marketing, distribution, and corporate functions.

Leadership and Execution

Qualifications:

15+ years of progressive leadership in data, analytics, and enterprise technology within financial services, fintech, or capital markets.
Proven success supporting institutional sales, distribution, and wealth management technology platforms.
Deep expertise in data governance, quality management, stewardship, and cloud-based data architectures.
Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce, Sitecore, MarTech platforms, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Demonstrated success implementing reference data and metadata management frameworks in regulated environments.
Hands-on experience with modern data architectures including data lakes, APIs, and microservices.
Proven record of delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML integration into workflows and client engagement platforms. • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (FINRA, SEC, SOC, NIST). • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
