Server / Bartender – Thompson Golf Group, Mesa, AZ We are looking for individuals who are outgoing and have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. To succeed in this role you must have a positive attitude and work well under pressure with others. Previous customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment is strongly desired. We cross‑train all service employees in serving, bartending, and beverage cart roles. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly manner. Know the menu; make recommendations. Ensure customers enjoy their experience and take corrective action when necessary. Handle cash properly. Adhere to all food service sanitation and health code guidelines. Maintain proper hygiene practices; arrive in a clean uniform for each shift. Act professionally and treat others with respect at all times. Hold an active food handler’s card. Hold AZ Title 4 Liquor training. Qualifications Full‑time position; flexible schedule available.
