RN House Supervisor – Med Tele Contract

Location: Ganado, AZ

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Nights | 12-Hour Shifts
Hours: Alternating 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next week
Pay Rate: $68 – $70/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,448 – $3,360/week (depending on scheduled week)

Job Summary

Serve as the Night House Supervisor overseeing hospital operations, staff support, patient flow, regulatory compliance, and clinical decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills in an acute care hospital environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license (AZ or compact state)

• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience preferred

• Previous charge nurse, supervisor, or leadership experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards

• Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to maintain professional supervisor/staff boundaries

• Team-oriented and adaptable

Required Credentials

• BLS – Required

• ACLS – Required

• PALS – Required

• Critical Access Hospital

• Med Tele / House Supervisor

• Night Shift Leadership Role

Schedule Details

• This is NOT a 7-on / 7-off position

• Scheduled primarily during weeknights when the current supervisor is off

• Orientation will be completed with the current House Supervisor on weekends

• Alternating schedule of 36 and 48 hours weekly

• Functions as House Supervisor and may provide support across multiple hospital departments based on operational needs
