RV & Trailer Reconditioning Tech

Reliable Rides Utah is a licensed vehicle dealership that purchases motorhomes and trailers, reconditions them in-house, and resells them. We do not service vehicles owned by the public — all work is performed on our own inventory. We are looking for an experienced RV & Trailer Reconditioning Technician to join our small team. You will work through a defined repair list on each unit, covering everything from interior cosmetics to mechanical and systems work, and get each unit to retail-ready condition as efficiently as possible. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. We expect you to take ownership of your work and move with urgency. Responsibilities Repair and replace interior trim, panels, and cabinetry Diagnose and repair slide-out mechanisms Replace and seal exterior windows and door hardware Repair and replace electrical components, including outlets, running lights, interior lighting, and wiring Perform plumbing repairs, including shower nozzles, water heater covers, and dump tank connections Install and secure appliances, including microwaves, TVs, and trim kits Replace batteries and service 12V house systems Reset and secure interior shelving and cabinet hardware Address cosmetic issues, including touch-up paint around fixtures, caulking, and sealing Order and source replacement parts as needed Document completed repairs and flag additional issues found on each unit Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Demonstrated hands-on experience working on RVs, motorhomes, or travel trailers is required Ability to work across multiple trades, including 12V electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, and interior cosmetics Strong work ethic with the ability to take a repair list and execute it without constant supervision Efficient and motivated, with a sense of urgency and pride in throughput High attention to detail, with finished work meeting a retail presentation standard Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance expected Comfortable identifying and sourcing parts independently Must pass a pre-employment drug screening #J-18808-Ljbffr Reliable Rides Utah
