About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrator for Community Programs to lead and oversee its extensive network of residential and community-based services. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. This role requires a mission-driven executive with a deep commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities and a proven track record in leading large, complex organizations. The Chief Administrator will be tasked with driving operational excellence, developing leaders, and strengthening organizational capacity, as well as building and maintaining strong community partnerships. Applicants for the Chief Administrator position at the company should have a master's degree in a relevant field and at least ten years of leadership experience, with a focus on human services, business administration, or a related area. The role demands a leader with a strong background in Medicaid-funded services, including regulatory and compliance knowledge, and practical experience in systems serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker, change leader, and builder of teams and culture, with the ability to navigate complexity, connect disparate functions, and lead through change. Strong executive communication, cultural competency, and the capacity to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments are essential. The Chief Administrator will also be responsible for financial stewardship, operational integrity, and ensuring the organization's mission and values are upheld in all aspects of service delivery.
