Outstanding Pay Plan Earn up to 35% front-end commission 5% back-end commission Minimum commission of $200 plus 5% back-end Weekly commission payments Six-figure income potential Schedule You'll Appreciate Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Closed every Sunday One scheduled weekday off every week One full weekend off every month The Opportunity Over 500 new and pre‑owned vehicles in stock High volume of internet leads Phone opportunities Walk‑in traffic Strong marketing support Professional management team committed to your success What We're Looking For Automotive sales experience required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment RESPONSIBILITIES Expertly helps the customer locate/select a vehicle and the options best suited to the customer's needs Articulates vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services Responsibly conducts a vehicle test drive Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion Completes all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner Facilitates delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements Maintains current knowledge of all promotions, financing options, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required; post secondary education or coursework desired Verifiable sales performance (any industry) Negotiation expertise Demonstrated ability to close sales Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision Self‑motivated and able to work in a team environment Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills An impressive work ethic Neat, clean, and professional appearance Minimum one year auto sales experience The Jarrett Ford Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
