UNIQLO Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) - The Westchester Mall

Salary $17.00 per hour. Compensation may increase with promotion opportunities every 3 months. Position Overview Sales Associate (Part Time or Full Time). The role focuses on customer service, meeting sales goals, maintaining store standards, and supporting cashier and inventory functions. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales goals. Maintain visual, cleanliness, and operational standards. Listen to customer needs and use UNIQLO service standards. Know fitting room standards and assist customers. Act as cashier when required, following protocol. Process shipments and ensure merchandise shows full‑size runs. Assist management in resolving store issues. Provide product and brand knowledge. Follow company policy, notify management of infractions. Assist with special projects as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Strong communication skills. Ability to calculate figures (discounts, percentages). Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Available at least 12 hours per week for part‑time positions.
