Spring 2027 Program Dates: Approximately January 2027 – April 2027 Job Summary Intern will support Attractions Operations department communication projects and multi‑media content development, provide supervised data analysis, and learn about various aspects of the organization while engaging in cross‑departmental collaboration. Major Responsibilities Develop an understanding of internal and executive communication needs and processes. Gain familiarity with organizational communication with a variety of clients and partners. Increase awareness of communication needs, gaps, and areas of improvement. Provide support with miscellaneous communication projects and initiatives. Complete weekly audits across the park and resort. Monitor, analyze, and track data across communication channels. Report data as applicable. Develop diverse media including but not limited to filming, editing, and graphic design. Takes ownership over media campaigns and projects from start to finish. Uphold brand standards across communication initiatives. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above. Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. A transcript is required upon application. Preferred Skills & Knowledge Preferred majors include Visual Arts and Emerging Media, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality Management, Advertising/Public Relations, or similar. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, After Effects, Audition, and Illustrator preferred. Prior experience with data management. Background in hospitality and theme parks preferred. Additional Information This internship will be an in‑person experience, based in our Orlando offices. Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027. Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation. All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable.
