Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Espresso Coffee Machine Service Technician in the heart of the Bay Area! If you have a passion for coffee and a knack for troubleshooting, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our high-quality espresso machines are running smoothly, providing top-notch service to our clients, and helping to keep the coffee culture thriving in the Bay Area. Experience servicing of Schaerer Ambiente machine is a big plus.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on espresso coffee machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Educate clients on proper machine usage and maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in coffee technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or mechanical systems is a plus.
- Proven experience in servicing espresso machines or related equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
