Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat products to meet quality standards and customer specifications. Location Rogers, AR 72758 Responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to company standards and customer requests. Ensure proper handling and storage of meat to maintain freshness and safety. Operate cutting tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment. Inspect meat products for quality and report any issues to management. Assist customers with meat selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Follow all safety and health regulations in the workplace. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous experience as a meat cutter or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of meat cuts, trimming techniques, and food safety standards. Ability to operate knives and cutting equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
