Tuition reimbursement & continuing education opportunities Access to online learning resources Employee referral rewards & recognition programs 403B & 401a retirement plans Supportive leadership and a mission-driven culture Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients based on individual physical therapy needs Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition Ensure high-quality care while following safety protocols and attendance standards What You Need to Succeed: Valid NJ Physical Therapy License 2-3 years of clinical or community experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation Working Conditions/Physical Demand Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $80,000 to USD $135,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add‑on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
