Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
\uD83D\uDCE6 What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Package and label products for shipment while meeting quality standards
• Support inventory activities including stock replenishment and cycle counts
• Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to track orders and inventory
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations and verify incoming shipments
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts when trained and authorized

What We're Looking For

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, or packing environments
• Ability to regularly lift and move materials up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic computer and scanner experience preferred
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
