Quality Assurance Auditor

Supporting the Funding Department, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Auditor will perform detailed audits, ensure compliance, and maintain data integrity across funding-related processes while managing daily operational outputs and identifying discrepancies. Key responsibilities Audit daily ACH files for accuracy and compliance with internal and client requirements Monitor undelivered funding-related emails and resolve issues effectively Participate in the development of new audit procedures and process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 3+ years of experience in health insurance, TPA operations, or a related financial/administrative field Familiarity with funding workflows, reimbursement processes, and quality assurance practices Strong analytical skills and attention to detail focused on accuracy and compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
