Responsibilities:

• Serves as the Technical Writer for IT and Application Development projects writing SOPs, policies, technical documents, training documents etc.
• Requirements gathering for document development and technical writing, SOPs, Desk Guides, 508 compliances, SharePoint records mgmt., SharePoint admin , Testing and QA
• Customer stakeholder management and resource team management
• Build strong relationships with the stakeholders
• Organizes, manages, and drives completion of project delivery tasks, assuring proper application of project management standards, tools and methodologies and deliverables
• Knowledge of Agile Events / Ceremonies - effectively manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies to support development and product releases
• Retrospective - Identify pain points for Agile squad and bring in fresh practical ideas
• Ensure scope management while timely meeting solution and schedule delivery
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of management practices and program implementation
• Any required and appropriate security or suitability clearances

Education : Requires Bachelor's degree and six to eight years of related experience.
