The Assembly Specialist will play a vital role in helping meet daily production goals while upholding the company's commitment to accuracy and excellence. Key responsibilities will include operating a variety of machinery and hand tools, performing quality control inspections to ensure parts meet strict specifications, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing setting required. Additional technical training or education in manufacturing, machining, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products as instructed, using proper techniques and machinery.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on parts and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Operate and maintain various tools and machines, such as drill presses, grinders, and presses.
- Maintain records of production, track assembly processes, and document quality results.
- Identify and report any issues with machinery or production, and assist in troubleshooting problems.
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to meet production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the assembly line and adhere to environmental regulations.
- Perform other relevant duties as requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- 2-3 years of experience in assembly or production work, preferably in a precision machining environment.
- Additional technical training or coursework in manufacturing, machining, or related field of study.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.
- Commitment to product quality, safety, and teamwork.
- Drug screen and background check required.
