Women's Specialists of Houston at Texas Children's Pavilion for Women is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our established, multispecialty practice in Houston's renowned Texas Medical Center.

The Women's Specialists of Houston is a trusted women's healthcare practice dedicated to providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Clinical Services

Women's Specialists of Houston provides comprehensive women's healthcare services including:

1. Obstetrical care and delivery
2. Well-woman preventive care
3. Gynecologic evaluations and treatment
4. Contraceptive counseling and management
5. Treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and menstrual disorders
6. Minimally invasive gynecologic procedures

Job Duties

• Clinical Responsibilities:

1. Clinic schedule of five days a week with an average case load of 200 – 210 patients per month
2. Anticipated deliveries of 20 – 22 per month
3. O.R. time is available and the hospital has a Da Vinci gynecologic robotic surgery suite
4. 100% clinical position with opportunity to work with residents on the inpatient service
5. Voluntary faculty appointment at Baylor College of Medicine
6. Ample opportunity for growth with average of 250-300 new patient appointment requests per month
1. Integrated Call Coverage:
1. Dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist service provides 24/7 call coverage for the group
2. Physician will provide call coverage 1 of 11 weekends from 8AM Friday – 8AM Monday

Compensation & Benefits

1. Full-time W2 position with productivity pay

Qualifications

1. MD or DO degree
2. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
3. Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure
4. Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
5. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
6. Interest in contributing to a growing women's health program
