Play a leading role in supporting the continuous improvement of Syner G’s enterprise applications and data platform through business analysis, requirements definition, system administration, governance, integration development and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.) Systems Business Analysis Elicit, document, and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise systems and data initiatives. Draft and maintain system and data architecture diagrams, data models, workflows, and related documentation. Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to translate needs into requirements. Support solution design and delivery of dataflows, integrations, and reporting products. System Administration Manage user provisioning and role-based access across enterprise applications and data products. Troubleshoot system and data issues; coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors. Support upgrades, enhancements, and data migration efforts. Support configuration, testing, environment management and update deployments. Data Integration Platform Development Document requirements for integration updates and modernization. Define current- and future-state integration processes, dataflows, and handoffs. Partner with internal and external vendors to develop and deliver enhanced system integrations. Analytics & Reporting Develop native Kantata, NetSuite, and Salesforce reporting solutions to meet the needs of the business. Support the design, development and maintenance of centralized reporting in Power BI. Help develop and maintain semantic models for consistent metrics and definitions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field required. Experience 3–6 years in business analysis, enterprise systems support, or data/reporting environments. Experience with CRM, ERP, PSA, analytics, or integration platforms. Exposure to data integration concepts, reporting tools, and system implementations. Hands-on Jira experience and participation in scrum rituals, including planning, refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Experience with any of the following platforms is preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, ADP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Kantata, DataBlend. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong BA skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query (M), Apex, SOQL, or similar data languages. Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data workflows. Knowledge of role-based security and user access management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-orientation skills. Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
