Basic Requirements 7 years’ experience as a system engineer Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline 5 additional years of experience as a system engineer may be substituted for a degree Job Description Document user operations using front‑end tools to assist in test plan development Assist documenting the architecture, data flows and workflows that make up a complex technology solution Actively perform outreach for issues reported via our service desk to ensure clarity and completeness Actively perform outreach to ensure solutions (e.g., bug fixes, enhancements, etc.) meet customer needs Assist DevOps team with updating and maintaining System Health & Status tools Assist monitoring the health of the system during duty hours Maintain existing architecture documentation by working with team leads to understand impact of work in progress Assist the team in identifying risks and mitigations Assist TTO Lead with weekly status reporting Assist team leads with Sprint activities: planning, ticket maintenance, retrospective Assist team leads with or lead documenting release notes Required Experience Experience and interest in actively interacting with users to translate their experience with our technology stack into actionable work items Compensation & Benefits Salary: $155,000 - $165,000 annually Excellent benefits package including 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer‑paid healthcare for employees and dependents – available day 1, 8% 401(k) employer match – immediate vesting.
