Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,175 per week

Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Job Description & Requirements

Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.

Submission Requirements

• At least 1 year of MS experience - [REQUIRED]
• Recent traveler experience - [PREFERRED]

• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH)
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)

• Multipliers - No increased rate for OT, Holiday, and Call-Back
• Rebate - This client has a rebate of 1% of all billings related to this assignment; passthrough expenses are not subject to any rebates. Please see section 14.6.1 of SSP Master Agreement for details.
• Orientation - Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays
• Call Policy - On Call paid out at $2 per hour with 1 Hour Minimum
• Local Policy - Applicants within 50 miles of Comanche County will be considered for a placement at 11% less the travel rate.
