POSITION SUMMARY We are currently seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to join our Central Refill Center (CRC West) — a closed-door, high-volume central fill pharmacy utilizing advanced automation technology. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, production-focused environment and want to contribute to efficient, patient-centered pharmacy operations. Schedule: Set 4x10 hour shifts (Schedule rotates in 6 weeks): 1-2 Weeks: Tue-Fri (6AM-5PM) 5-6 Weeks: Mon, Tues, Fri-Mon, Mon, Tues (6AM-5PM) YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS As a Pharmacy Technician at CRC West, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate prescription fulfillment. Working in collaboration with automation systems and alongside a dedicated pharmacy team, your contributions will directly support patient care across multiple AHF pharmacies. Key responsibilities include: Operating, monitoring, and supporting pharmacy automation systems for prescription filling, labeling, and packaging. Processing and verifying prescription orders within Coreflex, McKesson, and other integrated systems. Maintaining workflow efficiency while meeting production and quality standards in a high-volume environment. Collaborating with pharmacists, technicians, and other departments to resolve order issues and ensure accuracy. Supporting inventory management, including replenishment and handling of automated canisters. Upholding AHF’s values by contributing to a respectful, efficient, and patient-centered workplace. QUALIFICATIONS PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred. Experience in a high-volume, central fill, or automation pharmacy environment strongly preferred. Ability to adapt to structured workflows and meet production goals. Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
