Assitant Restaurant Manager

Job Description The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Assistant General Manager oversees and participates in the day-to-day operations of QSR at this single location. Reports directly to QSR General Manager and supervises the QSR staff in a player/coach type role. Collaborates closely with the QSR General Manager on all aspects of management Ensures guest experience standards are consistently met Trains, motivates, evaluates, and recommends termination of employees as necessary Documents, investigates, and resolves employee and guest incidents Estimates food and beverage needs and requisitions or purchases food, beverage, supplies, and equipment; receives and checks orders to ensure that they adhere to specifications Supervises cleaning and maintenance of equipment and counters according to Department of Health standards and arranges repairs, contracts, and other services when needed Sends daily shift notes to the QSR General Manager Performs other duties as required or assigned Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to exert well‑paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machine, drink blender, juicer and cash register Qualifications 2+ years of management and kitchen experience in counter‑service or retail environment Exceptional communication, leadership, motivational, and team‑building skills Demonstrated problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills Advanced proficiency in POS system (for example, Clover) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
