PT - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist - Full Time Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient acute and outpatient settings. Your primary focus will be on evaluating patient needs, implementing effective treatment plans, and enhancing recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and progress.
• Provide education and support to patients and families about physical therapy processes and home care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapy License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate prior to start date.
• Compliance with vaccination requirements including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and others as applicable.
