ROLE PURPOSE

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results. Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required. You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus. Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Frequently operate computer and printer, and occasionally operate cash register

• Occasionally ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
• Frequently position self to kneel, bend twist, and stoop, including in the

stock room and on the sales floor * Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures * Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. * Frequently move across the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, as well as to and from the stockroom retrieving and putting away merchandise * Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet * Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices * Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
