Healthcare Litigation Attorney

Overview The New York office is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 4 years of Litigation Experience, preferably in Health Care or Managed Care . Candidates should have experience managing and running cases on a day-to-day basis, as well as experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions . All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the NY Bar, or equally eligible.
