U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Security Clearance Type: DoD Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance required on day 1 What You Will Do Experience with Linux architecture, deployment, administration, networking, performance monitoring/tuning, security hardening, and troubleshooting Integrated AD authentication (Kerberos, LDAP and/or Centrify) Experience with SMTP, DHCP, DNS, NIS, LDAP, CIFS, NFS, Samba and *NIX system security Experience with infrastructure backup, restore, disaster recovery and business continuity products like Symantec NetBackup Experience with security infrastructure products and capabilities (e.g. Antivirus) Experience gathering requirements, designing, and implementing appropriate solutions Experience with application installation and multi-server environment/deployment Experience with an IT incident/service request system Experience with HP server hardware support and diagnosis Experience with HP storage hardware support and diagnosis Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Experience supporting Linux operating systems Experience with Active Directory, VMware, Administration, backup and recovery Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date Qualifications We Prefer Experience with VMware VSphere (ESXi, vCenter, etc) Experience with Storage – HP MSA, RAID configuration Experience with Window Servers, Active Directory and Group Policy Experience with Network and infrastructure services such as domain controllers, global catalogs, DNS, and DHCP Experience with Infrastructure backup, restore, disaster recovery and business continuity Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions Information Technology project lifecycle management processes Experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX and/or other virtual computing methods development Experience with Microsoft WSUS, MECM, and/or Exchange Scripting Experience Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
